Refund policy
As per EU regulations, Zebra Vintage accepts online returns within 14 days of receiving the order and offers a full refund.

RETURNS
Our policy allows for a 14-day return period. If 14 days have passed since you received your package, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, if intact.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Items that cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Lingerie and similar items, unless stated otherwise
Certain health and personal care items
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please return your purchase to our headquarters.
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing times for refunds may vary.

SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, some sale items are non-refundable. This information will be indicated in the description of each non-refundable product.
SHIPPING
To return an item, ship it to the following address:

Return shipping costs will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
Depending on your location, the time required for the replacement product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item
