Vintage 2000s skirt by Rinascimento. In soft black velour with contrasting stitching, flared model with medium waist (the skirt is also very cute worn low), length below the knee. The distinctive element is the lower edge decorated with spiral applications formed by gathered flounces.
Size S, I would say it's ok for M too, remember to take a look at the measurements.
